The activity is removed from this program, but its source data is left where it is. It will not be imported again, unless you ask for it back from Settings → Excluded Activities or by uploading the same file again.
The activity is removed and the file it was read from is deleted from disk:
Strava Export/activities/19103058808.fit.gz
This cannot be undone. Make sure you have a backup if the recording matters to you.
